    Keep your gear protected from the elements with the Kelly Fabworks Polaris Ranger 1500 Bed Cap. Built entirely from lightweight aluminum and finished in a rugged textured black powder coat, this bed cap is designed to add secure, weather-resistant storage without adding unnecessary weight.
    The bed cap is rated to support up to 350 lbs of evenly distributed cargo, making it perfect for hauling ladders, hunting gear, camping equipment, tools, and other oversized cargo. As with any roof-mounted load, adding weight above the bed raises your vehicle's center of gravity. Always operate your machine safely and within the manufacturer's recommendations.
Despite its strength, the bed cap weighs only 56 lbs while providing generous interior cargo clearance to maximize the usable space in your bed.
The bed cap mounts securely using the included Kelly Fabworks T-bolt mounting system, which installs into the factory bed rails for a strong, clean, and secure attachment. All required mounting hardware is included. It also features our Kelly Fabworks Locking Tab design. When the rear hatch is closed and locked, the locking tab extends over the top of the tailgate, preventing the tailgate from being opened. This allows you to securely lock the contents of your bed for added peace of mind.
    Like all Kelly Fabworks products, every major component is replaceable. If a panel or individual part is ever damaged, there's no need to replace the entire bed cap—we can supply replacement components to keep your bed cap looking and functioning like new.
