Keep your gear protected from the elements with the Kelly Fabworks Polaris General Bed Cap. Built entirely from lightweight aluminum and finished in a rugged textured black powder coat, this bed cap is designed to add secure, weather-resistant storage without adding unnecessary weight.
The bed cap is rated to support up to 250 lbs of evenly distributed cargo, making it perfect for hauling additional gear, tools, or outdoor equipment. As with any roof-mounted load, adding weight above the bed raises your vehicle's center of gravity. Always operate your machine safely and within the manufacturer's recommendations.
               Despite its strength, the bed cap weighs only 37 lbs while providing approximately 18 inches of interior clearance, measured from the bed floor to the lowest point of the bed cap. This provides plenty of room for coolers, toolboxes, and other cargo while keeping it protected from the elements.
            The bed cap mounts securely using the factory Lock & Ride bed attachment points and includes all necessary mounting hardware for a clean, secure installation. It also features our locking tab design. When the rear hatch is closed and locked, the locking tab extends over the top of the tailgate, preventing the tailgate from being opened. This allows you to securely lock the contents of your bed for added peace of mind.

Unless marked In Stock, all Kelly Fabworks products are built to order. Customers can choose to have their bed cap shipped unassembled via UPS or picked up fully assembled at our shop in Winnemucca, Nevada at no additional charge.
